              In my opinión, the people who live in Japan are disciplined and organized.  Fristly, the educations system in Japan has high level of demand.  Japaneses students have strict schedule and rules.  In the school, they emphasize discipline, responsibility and respect for all.  Hence,  Japaneses people are punctual, it is essential for them.  Also, they are very respectful with the authority figures such as parents, teachers, old people and community leaders.  Additionally, they have etiquette rules and protocol that govern social relationships.  For example,  greet, give a gift,llisten carefully to the speaker.      I believe that Oktoberfest celebrations in the Munich city are one of the most traditional celebrations in Germany, dating back to 1810. Firstly, this even began to celebrate wedding between Crown Prince of Bavaria and princess Theresa of Saxony .
